A few honest notes so you know what to expect. If any of these matter to you, just ask us before you book.
The house spans three floors connected by stairs. Lovely for the views, but not the easiest fit if stairs are difficult for anyone in your group.
The house is supplied by a 14,000-litre tank rather than mains water. There is plenty for normal use — we just ask you to use it reasonably.
The garden pool is an above-ground Bestway pool, not a built-in one. A refreshing way to cool off on a hot day.
The beaches and a local shop are within walking distance, but for exploring the area and day trips a car is practically essential.
Utjeha is a quiet residential village, not a busy resort. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 and there are no parties.
