How many does the house sleep?
The house sleeps up to eight guests: two bedrooms across three floors, three double beds and two sofa beds.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00, check-out at 11:00.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum booking is one week (7 nights).
How much does the villa cost?
From €160 / night for up to four guests. Guests 5–8 cost +€20 / person / night.
How do I book?
Book directly through our Airbnb listing. You can also ask us about availability.
Is there pool access?
Yes, there is an above-ground pool in the garden. Children only with adult supervision, and no swimming after 22:00.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is next to the house.
How far is the beach?
The nearest beaches and a local shop are within walking distance.
How do I get here from Finland?
Norwegian flies direct from Helsinki to Tivat twice a week in the summer season; the flight takes about 3 hours. From Tivat it’s about a 1.5-hour drive to the villa, and about an hour from Podgorica airport.
Is the airport easy to reach?
We recommend a trusted driver for airport transfers and are happy to help arrange them.
Can I book far in advance?
Yes. We ask for bookings at least one week before your intended arrival.
